Being a teenager today can be stressful. Yoga is a wonderful way to learn to manage stress, improve concentration and develop confidence while creating strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.
Yoga provides a non-competitive atmosphere for teens to participate in independent & group activities that foster emotional balance & physical strength. Teens can learn the basic principles of yoga, tone their bodies, build self-confidence, and most importantly...have fun!
